The Jobber Core follow-up gap
Jobber is excellent at running a field-service business — scheduling, dispatching, quoting, invoicing. But as of writing, follow-up on unpaid invoices is manual on Core. If a client doesn't pay on time, you have to notice, remember, and reach out yourself.
Jobber Connect does include automated invoice follow-ups — Jobber describes them as reminding clients by email and/or text with a one-click pay option. Its Automations guide describes two standard invoice follow-up automations; additional custom options depend on your plan. But at US$99/month on an annual plan (US$139/month month-to-month) it is a significant step up from Core. If automated follow-ups are the only Connect feature you need, that upgrade may not be worth it.

Each step in the sequence fires on its own, at day 1, day 3, and day 7 past due. You write the wording once; PayNudge delivers it on schedule with your business name and directs replies to your configured reply-to address.
SMS drafts — you send them yourself
PayNudge does not send SMS automatically. For any reminder step, it generates a one-tap draft: you tap the link, your phone opens a pre-written message to your client, and you hit send. The text comes from your own phone number and looks like a direct personal message — because it is.
Stops when the invoice is paid
Mark the invoice paid in PayNudge when payment arrives. CSV and manual invoices do not receive automatic payment updates from Jobber. Remaining reminders stop after you record payment.

What currency does PayNudge charge?
PayNudge charges Canadian dollars worldwide: CA$2 per distinct overdue invoice when the first qualifying email is confirmed delivered to the receiving server, capped at CA$29 per monthly billing period before taxes. Remaining follow-ups for that invoice are included. No qualifying usage means CA$0. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion.
What if I switch to Jobber Connect later?
You can cancel PayNudge whenever you want. If you upgrade to Connect and use its built-in follow-ups instead, you just disconnect and cancel — no long-term commitment on PayNudge's side.
